We operate as a fee-for-service practice, which means we prioritize your oral health needs over insurance limitations. This approach allows us to provide comprehensive, personalized treatment plans tailored to your specific dental needs without being restricted by insurance company guidelines.
At Brightworks Dentistry, we accept PPO insurance plans that offer out-of-network benefits. While we are not contracted with insurance networks, we work diligently to help you maximize your dental benefits. We file insurance claims on your behalf and handle all the necessary paperwork to ensure a smooth reimbursement process.
For most restorative dental procedures, we assign benefits directly to you as the patient. This means you pay for your dental services in full at the time of treatment, and your insurance company sends reimbursement checks directly to you. This system eliminates the uncertainty of insurance estimate payments and prevents you from being billed multiple times for the same service.
The process works differently for hygiene appointments and new patient visits. For these services, insurance benefits are filed to come directly to our practice, and you only pay any remaining balance not covered by your insurance plan.
We understand that dental care represents an important investment in your overall health. Our office accepts various payment methods including cash, checks, and all major credit cards. We also work with third-party financing companies to help make your dental care more affordable through flexible payment plans.
For patients without insurance or those who have reached their annual maximum benefits, our team can discuss alternative payment arrangements. We believe everyone deserves access to quality dental care and work with patients to find solutions that fit their budget and needs.
The Be Brilliant Club plan was created specifically for patients who do not have insurance but still need to have dental procedures done.
